In order to create a custom card, you need to know what your creating. You have two methods to creating a custom card. One is to use this link below.

Please note that all cards are given apon a fee, you can state of these cards are given, or quested. If given, the price will vary, if quested, the price will also very depending on how powerful, and how great a quest that needs to be done will be instructed by the approver.
For Example, If the card was extremely powerful and virtually unbeatable, yet STILL within limits for approval, the price could be as high as 10,000 DP, or if the card must be quested and earned within rp, then the price can be lowered to as much as 1000 DP, but with this costs a 6+ page RP telling how the card was acquired.
